Facile Synthesis of High-Quality Nano-Size 10B-Enriched Fibers of Hexagonal Boron Nitride

The interesting properties of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and its potential uses in thermo-structural advanced applications have been limited or restricted by inherent brittleness, which can easily be eliminated fibers nanoscale dimensions. current study is based on the synthesis 10B-enriched h-BN (10BNNFs) from 10B precursors instead B two-hour annealing at 900 °C one-hour growth 1000 °C. All 10BNNFs are randomly curved highly condensed filled 10h-BN species with no internal space crack. XRD peaks reported phase crystalline nature synthesized 10BNNFs. confirmed high-intensity 1392 (cm?1) Raman FTIR spectroscopes.
